Who owns the rights to the artwork?
Artwork ownership depends on the type of licence you need which will be detailed in your contract.
You can choose;
> Private use only
> Commercial use for a specific purpose for a period of time
> Full commercial use for a period of time
> Full commercial rights forever
Do you use ai?
NO, NEVER & WILL NEVER!!!
All my work is hand drawn by yours truly using digital drawing software. My work does involve stanard post-production editing like contrast, saturation, and colour balance adjustment layers but no generative AI is ever used.
How Much does your art cost?
That depends on what you are wanting and for what use. Generally, art for private use starts at $100.00USD and art for limited commercial use starts at USD$400.00.
Why did you want to become an artist?
Art is how I make sense of the world. Human creativity is one way we can make connections and understand each other. I wanted to become an artist to contribute to the ever growing library of insightful artistic commentary in the creative expression of ideas.
Can I get my artwork printed?
Generally, yes! Though this would depend on what you are wanting. Feel free to ask me and I'll do my very best to accommodate your request.
Can I post my artwork online?
Yes! You are welcome to post your artwork to online. Where possible, you must credit me with a direct link to any of my social media or websites in text. There is no need to put my name on any of the artwork images.
How will you use my artwork?
This will depend on our contract. Generally I retain the right to use your artwork on our portfolio and social media channels.
